Apropos of singlespeeds

I have a dream that one day we will have a velodrome in Sweden. In preparation for this grand happening perhaps I should get myself a track bike.

I just realized that I would look extremely cool going to work on a track bike. Especially a Bianchi Pista which is unbelievably beautiful. You can get them in the US for next to nothing (like 700 bucks).

I really really have to dig deep to not come to the conclusion - "why not".
